RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

● Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund (minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee)

● All returns must be authorized in advance — please contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

● Items must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition.

● Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items are non-returnable:
○ Oxygen equipment
○ Opened or used products
○ Special orders or custom equipment

● Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
